First use of the shampoo and conditioner I was really pleased as could definitely see more volume and body. I didn't have that nice 'clean' feeling but assumed this was maybe a bit psychological due to there being next to no lather and the shampoo formula being very thin and runny, so told myself to get used to it. I was also pleasantly surprised after first use of the serum that it didn't leave my hair/scalp looking like an oil slick, as I was worried it might do. Unfortunately, as time went on over the next couple of weeks with regular use of these products, my hair was so thick with grease after washing and drying that it still looked wet and felt disgusting. I had been using everything as directed and taking extra time to rinse after shampoo/conditioning just in case, but it made no difference. I don't think this is related to the serum, as it's worse round the back of my head where I don't really apply it, and the grease coats the full length of hair. I think possibly the shampoo/conditioner is just too much for my fine hair with longer term use, which is a shame as I'd have thought that was the hair type these products were designed for. I'm willing to keep trying with this - maybe using the shampoo without the conditioner and vice versa to see if anything helps - but obviously that's not why you buy the full kit, and I probably can't expect to see results this way, so a bit disappointing.
